We are **Huarcaya Group**, a leading company in the timber industry and specialists in melamine. We are currently looking for an **IT Assistant** with experience and passion for excellence in detail. **Position Objective:** Provide first-level operational and technical support to ensure the basic functioning of equipment, peripherals, and applications, assisting in maintenance tasks and technological asset inventory control. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handle first-level incidents related to hardware, software, and peripherals. * Perform preventive maintenance on computers, printers, and basic network equipment. * Install and configure software authorized by the IT department. * Assist in creating and managing user accounts and permissions. * Keep the equipment and license inventory up to date. * Escalate complex issues to the Systems Assistant or Analyst. * Support documentation of technical procedures. * Perform installation of AUTODESK and ADOBE programs. * Carry out updates on Windows 10 and 11\. * Perform email and outgoing computer backups. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Computing, Computer Science, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of hardware, networks, and operating systems. * Proficiency with office productivity tools. * Desirable technical support experience (minimum 12 months). **Work Schedule:** Mon\-Fri: 9am to 6pm / Saturday: 9am to 1pm Remote **Work Location:** S.J.M – V.E.S Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
