We are looking for a Professional (Bachelor's degree or higher) to perform the following functions: \- Takeoffs for HVAC installations, structures, and gas systems in homes, buildings, industrial plants, commercial establishments, and others. \- Cost analysis and budget preparation \- Drawing project plans and As-Built plans using advanced Autocad skills \- Preparation of work reports or Quality Dossiers following company templates \- Coordination for project execution and scheduling It would be desirable to have the following skills: \- Microsoft Excel \- Intermediate level \- BIM methodology \- Basic level (not essential) \- Ability to quickly learn mechanical installation practices.
