We wish you great success throughout this process! **Manager, Product Deposits Payroll \& FX** * Business Line: Products \& Digital Solutions * Unit: Deposits, Payroll and FX * Level: 7\.1 * Contract Type: Indefinite * CV submission deadline: October 1st **Mission:** Contribute to the overall success of the Deposits, Payroll \& FX Product area and the Products \& Digital Solutions Unit within Retail Banking, ensuring business continuity, standardization and continuous process improvement with proper risk control, in order to increase account acquisition and funding levels. **What do we expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * 3 to 4 years of leadership experience in roles similar to this one within product and process transformation areas. * Knowledge in Digital, Transformation and Innovation. * Intermediate to advanced SQL skills (essential). * Computer Skills: MS Office (Advanced level). * Intermediate level of English. **What challenges will you face?*** Lead and foster a customer-centric culture across your team to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank's broad networks, systems and expertise. * Ensure the transformation and continuous improvement of the end-to-end processes of assigned products, guaranteeing business continuity and the best customer experience through implementation of initiatives on assigned products. * Supervise the team in efficiently executing IT initiatives aligned with Retail Banking strategy, ensuring timely delivery and expected impact. * Ensure standardization of physical and digital processes for products through continuous review of processes and business rules to achieve omnichannel integration. * Effectively manage process performance by developing operational KPI measurement tools to enable efficient and agile decision-making. * Develop and implement improvements in the balance retention process to reduce product cancellations and ensure achievement of balance retention targets. * Supervise the team in adapting and updating forms and regulations for passive products, accounting certifications, and execution of campaign benefits. * Ensure ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of customer communications arising from regulatory requirements or process optimization impacting the public website, as well as internal communication tools for product management in Site, Scoti. * Analyze new regulations from supervisory bodies related to products under responsibility, assessing their impact on the portfolio. * Supervise the team in promptly addressing and resolving audit findings, operational risk, market conduct issues, and requirements from entities such as Asbanc and SBS regarding responsible products. * Develop and implement all activities identified as critical in the operational risk matrix for responsible products, and provide appropriate follow-up until completion. * Identify process breakdowns, propose controls, perform preventive management to reduce complaint volumes, and coordinate with the Customer Solutions unit to resolve complaints related to responsible Products.
