Escort customers to their tables and provide menus. 3. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. 4. Provide menu information and recommend dishes according to customer preferences. 5. Ensure efficient and coordinated service with the kitchen team to guarantee minimal waiting times. 6. Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables and service areas. 7. Manage reservations and assign tables effectively. 8. Handle payment transactions accurately and courteously. 9. Attend to special customer requests and proactively resolve issues. 10. Collaborate with the team to maintain high service standards. Requirements: - 3 years of experience in seafood gastronomy (not essential) - Basic knowledge of service protocols and etiquette. - Proficiency in handling ordering systems and point-of-sale terminals. - Charismatic personality with ability to work in a team. - Professional and neat appearance. - Take orders, serve drinks and meals. - Handle customer complaints and claims initially. - Welcome, greet, and introduce oneself to customers. - Monitor timing management to ensure smooth service operations. - Set up tables, maintaining the restaurant's cleanliness and quality standards. - Knowledge of customer service protocols. - Basic English language skills (not essential) Benefits: * Salary depends on experience + tips are individual. * Schedule: 8:00am - 5:30pm * One day off per week. * Trial period (after trial period, MYPE payroll with all legal benefits) Constant training. * Work location: Surquillo (Av.
