A company in the **international logistics and freight sector** is looking for an **Operations Coordinator** to join its operational team, responsible for managing import operations in **air and maritime (FCL / LCL)** modes, ensuring efficient coordination with all parties involved in the process. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate of a technical or university program in **Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in operational roles within the **logistics or international freight industry**. * Solid knowledge of **import processes** and coordination with **shipping lines, airlines, terminals, and ports**. * Proficiency in the **SINTAD** and **ORACLE** systems. **WORKING CONDITIONS**: * **Location:** San Isidro * **Work Mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Opening and closing import operation files. * Sending **arrival notices** and **tracking cargo** until final delivery. * Coordinating **cargo routing** according to established procedures. * Sending **breakdowns** and processing **approvals**. * Recording and updating information in the **SINTAD and ORACLE** systems. * Performing other tasks related to the operational management of the area.
