**(01) TECHNICIAN IN ORCHESTRAL MUSIC TRAINING** - Preference for candidates residing in the district of Surquillo or nearby districts. **MANDATORY:** - **Academic training, academic degree and/or level of studies:** Graduate of technical programs and/or specialized schools in music, music education, orchestral conducting, pre-orchestral training, or related fields. - **Courses and/or specialization programs:** Course, diploma program, or specialization program in musical band conducting and/or direction, or related areas. - **Knowledge:** Musical knowledge. * Orchestral conducting and practice * Pedagogical methodologies * Academic planning - **Work experience:** * **General experience:** Minimum of two (2) years working in the public and/or private sector. * **Specific experience:** Minimum of one (1) year in similar positions and/or services and/or performing functions equivalent to those outlined in this profile, whether in the public or private sector. - **Skills or competencies:** Teamwork, high degree of responsibility, conflict resolution, dynamism, service orientation. - **Main responsibilities to be performed:** * Support the orchestral music training process by applying techniques and specialized knowledge, adhering to institutional regulations and fostering an appropriate learning environment. * Participate in the development and implementation of musical training curricula, ensuring coherence among expected learning outcomes, group characteristics, and selected pedagogical strategies. * Implement methodological and musical practice techniques that facilitate students’ progressive learning, contributing to the development of foundational and orchestral musical competencies. * Coordinate with the Submanagement of Social Services and the artistic team regarding scheduled activities, rehearsals, performances, and training initiatives. * Conduct ongoing monitoring of students’ musical progress, documenting achievements and proposing improvement actions in coordination with program supervisors or responsible personnel. * Participate in cultural activities, artistic performances, and institutional events involving the Infanto-Juvenile Symphony Band or other training spaces. * Contribute to initiatives strengthening cultural and educational development promoted by the District Municipality of Surquillo, from the perspective of orchestral music training. * Prepare technical reports and records related to the training and artistic progress of students under their supervision. * Fulfill responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisors, aligned with the position’s mission and the development of the music training program. - **Monthly Remuneration: S/ 2,800.00 (Two thousand eight hundred Peruvian Soles and 00/100)** *Includes statutory contributions and all applicable deductions for the employee.* - Other essential contractual conditions: * Immediate availability. * Work modality: In-person * The Organizational Unit, according to its needs, may establish rotating schedules and shifts. * Weekly working hours shall not exceed **48 hours**, and shifts may be scheduled on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. * Weekly shift scheduling shall include the weekly rest period established by law.
