Your primary mission will be to **enhance the talent of our commercial partners**, helping them understand and master our real estate business model, driving their professional development and commitment to the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide **onboarding and training** to new partners on the business model and internal tools. * Support the **organization and execution of continuous training workshops** in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments. * Conduct **performance follow-up** for partners, providing feedback and personalized support. * Maintain **clear, empathetic, and consistent communication** with partners, answering questions and reinforcing knowledge. * Develop **presentations, reports, and educational materials** for training programs. * Propose new ideas to improve the learning experience and strengthen organizational culture. **Requirements** * Student in the final cycles of **Psychology, Education, or Communication**. * Passion for teaching, leadership, and human development. * Excellent **verbal communication, fluent diction, and confidence when speaking**. * Proficiency in **Office or Google Workspace** tools (PowerPoint, Drive, Meet, etc.). * Ability to adapt, organize, and work in a team. * Previous experience in workshops, tutoring, or presentations (desirable). **Benefits** * Pre-professional internship agreement. * Transportation allowance \+ performance bonuses \+ punctuality bonuses. * Ongoing training and career progression based on performance. * Flexible hours and excellent work environment. * Certification upon completion of the internship.
