**Join our Contrans team!** We are a leading company in the logistics sector and we are looking for top talent to join our team as **Recruitment and Selection Intern** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Support in posting job openings on various job portals, social media, and internal channels. * Review and filter CVs according to the profiles requested by the hiring departments. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and department managers, ensuring timely communication. * Assist in administering and recording psychometric and competency-based assessments. * Record and update applicant databases and active recruitment processes (in Excel or recruitment platforms). * Provide support during administrative stages of the hiring process, such as sending offer letters, preparing onboarding files, and coordinating with the Human Resources Administration department. * Participate in employer branding activities, onboarding sessions, and job fairs, supporting the promotion of organizational culture. **What we are looking for:** * **Education:** Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields * **Experience:** Minimum 3 months (desirable) * **Skills:** * Intermediate-level proficiency in Word and Excel. **Benefits:** * FOLA insurance. * Ongoing training for your professional development. * Participation in team-building activities.
