




**Overview** Support for the sales team: quote management, documentation, customer service, and logistical support. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare quotations, technical sheets, and commercial proposals. * Issue invoices, delivery notes, credit notes, and follow up on orders. * Handle basic technical inquiries, referring to specialists when necessary. * Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketing teams. * Continuously register and update CRM and databases. **Requirements** * Graduate or currently enrolled student in Administration, Marketing, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. * Proficiency in advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and billing/ERP tools. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles or internships (desirable). * CRM experience preferred (desirable). **Competencies** * Clear and persuasive communication. * Customer orientation and negotiation skills. * Proactivity, autonomy, and effective time management. * Good stress management and attention to detail. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 6:15 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:15 pm **Career advancement opportunity** based on performance.
