




**Main Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries and requests through social media, WhatsApp, and other sales channels. * Register orders in the sales system. * Issue electronic receipts and invoices. * Coordinate product dispatch with delivery personnel or the delivery department. * Track deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction. * Keep inventory updated and report any issues. * Assist in promoting products and commercial campaigns. * Prepare basic daily sales reports and collections tracking. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies (completed or in progress) in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or logistics. * Proficient in Excel and electronic billing systems. * Strong communication skills with clarity and empathy. * Proactive, organized, and responsible. * Immediate availability.
