Lead efficiency initiatives, identify improvement opportunities, and strengthen business managers’ capabilities. Act as a strategic financial partner by delivering insights and recommendations that support decision-making and help the business achieve its goals. **What will you do in this role?** * Possess holistic knowledge and advanced analytical capability regarding the company’s expenses to identify opportunities. * Strong critical thinking skills to determine optimal allocation of company resources using evaluation criteria. * In-depth expertise in financial management, automation, and handling large-scale transactional data, including implementation of automated validations. * Analyze actual performance to enable accurate forecasting and implement monitoring and control dashboards. * Implement continuous improvement projects to ensure sound expense management. **What do we require from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Accounting. * Experience leading efficiency projects. * Efficiency KPIs (KPIs – EXPENSES). * Project analysis experience. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * Proficiency in Power Query, Power BI, and SQL. * Advanced finance knowledge is mandatory. * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory. * Automation knowledge is mandatory. * Familiarity with SAP, SAC, BPC, and Hyperion.
