Currently, we are seeking Analysts for our Service Desk, whose main responsibility will be to ensure compliance with SLAs agreed between the company and its clients through the execution of technical activities focused on Network Monitoring, ticket registration, categorization, updating, tracking, as well as system reporting within the service scope. **Requirements:** \- Graduate with a technical or university degree in Systems Engineering, Connectivity and Networks, or related field. \- 1 year of experience in similar roles (Service Desks, monitoring of networks and IT systems). \- Knowledge of ticket management platforms. \- Availability to work under an 8x8 schedule in the city. \- Desired qualifications: Cisco CCNA certification, ITIL. \- Must reside in Moquegua.
