If you meet the following requirements, we want to hear from you! **Objective:** Perform analysis, design, development, and functional as well as performance testing of software developments. As well as automation, documentation, and coordination of production releases. **Responsibilities:** * Review and understand development scopes * Plan tasks required to meet specified requirements within the scope * Develop and execute test scenarios * Ensure code audit compliance * Automate testing for key functionalities * Review technical documentation * Coordinate daily SCRUM team meetings * Coordinate retrospective meetings * Coordinate training sessions for requirement owners * Prepare release documentation * Track error tickets * Research and propose tools and products to support Quality Analyst tasks * Report progress to the Quality Control Analyst Leader * Provide support to external development teams **Requirements:** * University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related fields. * Minimum of 4 years of experience in software quality assurance. * Experience in software quality assurance, specialized in functional, load, and performance testing. * Experience in quality analysis of microservices, web and mobile applications, and collaborative development (GIT). * Proficiency with automation tools such as JMeter, Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, and K6. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum, continuous integration (GitLab), and management of relational databases (MySQL), MongoDB (optional). * Ability to track products, evaluate their status, prepare test performance reports, and coordinate production releases. **We Offer:** * Formal employment from day one (general regime). * Life insurance and EPS (voluntary). * Corporate benefits. * On-site work mode. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Job type: Full-time Salary: From S/.3,000.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in this role? * What are your salary expectations?
