We are seeking a Store Administrator to lead the operational, administrative, and commercial management of a textile and import company, ensuring its growth.

A company specializing in textiles and imports is looking for an ADMINISTRATOR to lead the operational, administrative, and commercial management of the business, ensuring its proper functioning and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage administrative and operational activities, ensuring the smooth operation of systems, processes, and resources.
* Coordinate and lead staff (sales and customer service), promoting a positive work environment and resolving conflicts.
* Support and drive the sales department by tracking prospects, closing deals, and achieving commercial targets; ensuring goal and target attainment.
* Manage customer relationships: service delivery, complaint resolution, and retention of customers requesting service cancellation.
* Administer financial processes: invoicing, payment scheduling, petty cash, and reporting.
* Coordinate with external accountants to ensure tax compliance and apply accounting and tax recommendations.
* Manage inventory and warehouse operations.
* Prepare and maintain personnel documentation (administrative control, attendance, etc.).
* Represent the company during inspections or audits.
* Propose and implement improvements to internal processes and services.
* Document and standardize processes through manuals and procedures.
* Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
* On-site work.
Requirements:
* Degree in Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience as an administrative supervisor or manager.
* Experience managing subordinates.
* Experience implementing management control tools and performance analysis for decision-making.
* Leadership, proactivity, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Must reside in Comas or nearby areas.
