Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical-Commercial Support Assistant to support B2C sales advisors, perform equipment calibrations and configurations, and resolve minor technical issues. Technical demonstrations and on-site customer support DS Consultores SAC is seeking a **Technical-Commercial Support Assistant** to join our team. **Education** Graduate or final-year student of Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical fields. **Experience** \* Prior experience in customer service, technical support, or sales of technological equipment is desirable. \* Basic knowledge of electronic equipment diagnostics and configuration. **Main Responsibilities** \* Support B2C sales advisors in customer service at the showroom. \* Perform calibrations, configurations, and basic testing of display or sale equipment. \* Address and resolve minor technical issues arising during demonstrations or deliveries. \* Accompany B2C sales advisors on customer visits within Metropolitan Lima. \* Conduct technical product demonstrations as required. \* Coordinate with the Technical Support Department for cases requiring specialized attention. \* Maintain showroom operations and demonstration equipment in optimal condition. \* Prepare simple reports on customer interactions and visits conducted. **Competencies** \* Service orientation. \* Effective communication. \* Commercial mindset. \* Proactivity. \* Organization and accountability. \* Teamwork. **Additional Requirements** \* Availability to travel within Metropolitan Lima. \* Basic proficiency in computer tools (Office). **Reporting Structure** \* Reports to the B2C Sales Coordinator. \* Part of the B2C Sales Department. **Salary:** S/. 1500 \- 1,800 **Working Hours**: 8:30am \- 6:00pm 2 Saturdays: 9:00am \- 1:00pm **Location:** Av. Arequipa 330\. Cercado de Lima (2 blocks from the National Stadium) Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
