DC Tech, a leading Peruvian company with 25 years of experience providing technological and innovative solutions, is looking for the best talent to fill the position of **TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 2**. **Requirements:** · Graduated technical professional or bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields in information technology. · Minimum of 2 years of experience as level 1 and/or level 2 technical support. · Basic knowledge of hardware and software - Windows and MacOS. · Experience using remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). · **Networking:** Proficiency in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols. · Ability to identify and resolve LAN, WiFi, and remote access connectivity issues. · **Preventive and corrective maintenance:** Basic system administration: scheduling backups, managing updates and patches. · Maintenance of standard corporate device images. · **Inventory management:** Control and updating of inventory for computers, peripherals, and software licenses. · Equipment assignment, deactivation, and tracking provided to users. · Use of inventory tools (GLPI, OCS Inventory, or others). · Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm / 8:00 am to 5:00 pm / 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the client's site. From 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (remote).
