




**Trafficker Digital** **Job Mission:** Lead and optimize digital media investments (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads), ensuring the generation of high-quality leads for Most Perú's operations, maximizing return on investment and contributing to growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement, monitor, and optimize Paid Media campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Design targeting and audience strategies that ensure qualified leads for different campuses and business units. * Conduct reporting and analysis of KPIs: CPL, CAC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate. * Develop optimization proposals to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs. * Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, designer, and audiovisual production) for campaign execution. * Supervise the correct implementation of UTMs, attribution, and lead traceability. * Prepare monthly comparative reports with insights. * Stay updated on Paid Media trends and health marketing. **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Paid Media campaigns, preferably in agencies or with multiple brands/regions. * Previous experience in the e-commerce sector is desirable. * Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. * Intermediate proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTMs. * Strong understanding of performance metrics and optimization of large budgets.
