You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team composed of diverse and talented colleagues. Our **VAS** team is seeking a **UAC Supervisor** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to lead the UAC team, providing support in resolving stock-out situations, customer complaints, and claims, while continuously improving area processes and performance indicators. **Your Responsibilities** * Deliver optimal solutions for stock-out cases and import delays affecting our customers. * Supervise timely responses to inquiries generated by our CES on the IDL platform. * Be responsible for supporting and resolving claims assigned to the parts business (Indecopi, notarial letters, and call center). * Supervise compliance with billing for imported parts (VOR orders), meeting established timelines for our CES. * Manage and monitor key UAC area performance indicators. * Supervise the disassembly process, control and tracking of reassembly activities, and coordinate directly with PDI. * Propose improvement plans within the area to enhance processes and indicators. * Control expenses and reimbursements incurred in claim management. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * A completed university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in the automotive parts sector and/or managing external or internal customers within automotive companies. * Intermediate-level English language proficiency. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proactive personality, strong negotiation ability, and customer orientation. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and invite you to build it with us.
