Requirements: * Graduate technician with technical studies in Administration, Computing, or related fields (mandatory) * Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient care, preferably in health centers or clinics. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work in Villa María del Triunfo. Responsibilities: * Handle inquiries, suggestions, compliments, information requests, direct issue resolution, reception and registration (service module) on the date performed. * Guide, advise, and inform patients. * Ensure proper and timely patient care. * Record incidents reported by patients. * Draft letters and/or reports. * Follow up on inquiries to ensure resolution within established timeframes. * Ensure accurate data entry, contact information validation, and complaint classification in the computerized module.
