




We are looking for a proactive Accounting Assistant with solid knowledge and experience in payroll processing, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to the accounting department, ensuring accurate calculation and compliance with labor obligations. **Key Responsibilities** * Preparation and comprehensive management of the Payroll. * Calculation of social benefits. * Handling employee enrollments, terminations, and modifications in the registry. * Recording and analyzing payment vouchers (purchases, sales, fees, etc.). * Support in bank reconciliations and general accounting processes. * Filing and organization of accounting and human resources documentation. **Essential Requirements** * **Education**: **Technical or university degree in Accounting (Graduate).** * Availability: To work Monday through Friday during office hours. * **Residence**: **Must reside in Lima Norte** (Comas, Independencia, Los Olivos, San Martín de Porres, or nearby areas). **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a growing company. * Pleasant working environment. * **Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday.** * **Salary**: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
