**What are your main responsibilities?** Coordinate, administer, and supervise the employee habilitation process, ensuring that staff have the necessary resources, requirements, and training courses; as well as maintaining control over their periodic updates (annual, monthly, or others). **What are your secondary responsibilities?** * **Strengthen employee retention**, promoting their participation in future plant shutdowns and/or projects requested by the client. * **Verify the accuracy of information** recorded in the employee database. * **Prepare and manage onboarding files** for both new company personnel and client requirements. * **Supervise CAMO updates** in coordination with the occupational physician. * **Manage issuance of medical passes, internal licenses, and identification cards** for high-risk work. * **Generate a weekly report** on employees undergoing the habilitation process to track the status of each assigned worker. * **Coordinate scheduling of general inductions and specific trainings** requested by the client. * **Create and maintain an updated database of active personnel**, including current courses and EMOs. * **Update employee information in company systems**, ensuring a complete and organized history. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Human Resources Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * At least 1 year of experience in the mining sector. * Residence in Arequipa. * Immediate availability. * Experience in employee habilitation processes at the Toquepala mining project.
