We need team members for our Human Resources department! **FUNCTIONS:** \- Manage and moderate EFCO America's social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter) \- Plan, create, edit, and publish content (images, videos, stories, reels) aligned with the digital strategy and company values. \- Implement and measure performance and engagement KPIs using tools such as Metricool, Google Analytics, or similar \- Write compelling, persuasive copy tailored to each channel \- Optimize content for SEO and participate in digital marketing campaigns \- Coordinate collaborations with influencers, content creators, or strategic partners \- Perform other tasks assigned by general management and HR **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or currently completing the final cycles of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in service companies, facility management, or mass consumer goods (Essential). \- Ability to analyze metrics and performance indicators (engagement, reach, community growth) \- Knowledge of Digital Marketing (CMS, basic SEO, Google Analytics, Metricool, or other tracking tools) \- Skills in producing attractive visual content: environment photography, image and video editing (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, CapCut, or equivalent) Excellent interpersonal communication skills, adaptability to change, teamwork, and proactive attitude **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** Digital strategic thinking.
