




We are looking for experienced kitchen staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of culinary techniques and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Responsibilities: \- Prepare and cook food using grilling techniques (charcoal), grill, and à la carte dishes. \- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen. \- Knowledge of HACCP standards. \- Work with other kitchen team members to ensure orders are completed on time. \- Comply with all food safety regulations. \- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, responsibly and professionally. \- Knowledge of cuts and terminology of national and imported meats (Argentinian Angus). MANDATORY \- Assist in receiving and storing supplies. \- Preparation of ingredients and mise en place before opening the restaurant. \- Experience in plating. Requirements: \- Previous experience in grilling, meat doneness, griddle, and wok usage. \- Knowledge of culinary techniques. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Excellent communication skills. \- Availability to work rotating shifts of 8 hours \+ 1 break (overtime). (11 am to 8 pm) and rotating (1 pm to 10 pm). \- Must live in areas adjacent to San Miguel. MANDATORY \- Work references MANDATORY (direct supervisor or HR from previous job). \- Rotating days off during the week. Age: 24 \- 40 years.
