




Job Description Requirements: **Education:** * Technical or university degree in business administration, accounting, human resources, or related fields. **Knowledge in:** * Labor legislation, contracts, recruitment, personnel administration. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Intermediate level. * Minimum work experience: 1 year. * Main Responsibilities: * Daily timekeeping control and attendance reports. * Organize and manage employee files for new and current staff. * Monitor medical appointments, medical leaves, subsidies, and maintain records. * Follow up on renewals and contract amendments for company personnel. * Carry out employee integration and well-being activities. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Support compliance with occupational health and safety (SST). * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** Permanent position with all statutory benefits. Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
