We are currently looking for an HR Assistant **Responsibilities:** * Conduct candidate search and resume screening according to department requirements. * Perform general induction for new staff and payroll maintenance. * Manage worker insurance policies (inclusions and exclusions). * Coordinate the execution of occupational medical evaluations according to the OSH plan. * Process claims for EsSalud subsidies. * Monitor cases of employees on medical leave. * Send information to accounting for settlement calculations. * Handle overtime calculation for operational staff. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration or Human Resources Management. * Minimum 1 year of experience performing similar duties. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Knowledge of HR indicators. * Intermediate level of Excel. **We Offer:** * All statutory benefits. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. * Immediate inclusion in the payroll. * Biweekly and end-of-month payments. * Profit sharing participation.
