Job Summary: We are looking for a Telephone Advisor with experience in sales and customer service to market industrial technological solutions, performing prospecting, customer acquisition, and retention. Key Responsibilities: 1. Telephone sales of industrial technological solutions (CAD/CAM/CAE) 2. Active prospecting and generation of qualified meetings 3. Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial roles or customer service. Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel. Experience using WhatsApp Business and LinkedIn. Experience in LinkedIn-based customer prospecting (Desirable). What Will Be Your Responsibilities? Telephone sales of industrial technological solutions (CAD/CAM/CAE) (Sales of 3D design and 3D scanning software technology; mining sector experience is not required). Active prospecting and generation of qualified meetings for the sales team. Customer acquisition and retention, with constant portfolio follow-up. Market research and qualification of commercial opportunities. Management of digital channels for communication and customer relationship building. Detailed registration and tracking of commercial opportunities in CRM. Time allocation: 80% telephone sales, 20% sales registration, CRM, customer management, and calls.
