**We are looking for a Marketing Assistant!** **Requirements:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in **Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Design, or related fields**. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles; experience in consulting firms is preferred. \- Intermediate proficiency in design and content editing tools: **Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe**. \- Basic knowledge of paid social media campaigns and digital community metrics. \- Ability to contribute ideas to strengthen our brand presence and attract new customers. **Responsibilities:** \- Create visually appealing social media content (photos, reels, videos, stories, carousels) aligned with brand style and personality. \- Edit short videos with a creative, dynamic approach focused on trends (TikTok, Reels). \- Manage and schedule posts on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, or others. \- Support the execution of organic and paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads / Instagram Ads), targeted by audience and objective. \- Monitor and interpret key metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, community growth. \- Assist in photo shoots and video production. \- Research and apply trends in fashion, branding, social media, and visual communication. \- Support basic administrative tasks related to the area (material tracking, budget monitoring, event logistics). **Are you the perfect match?
