Full employment registration from the first day of work. · Requirements Incomplete or ongoing technical and/or university studies (Administration, Marketing, or related fields). Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor, preferably in home appliances or technological products. Experience in leadership and management of sales teams. Knowledge of performance indicator tracking and report preparation. Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel is mandatory). Willingness to work in the field. Willingness to travel throughout Lima. Leadership, communication, and results-oriented skills. · Responsibilities Supervise and manage the assigned sales team at retail locations. Ensure achievement of sales targets and commercial indicators. Monitor attendance, performance, personal appearance, and product knowledge of the team. Verify compliance with customer service standards and proper product display. Maintain constant communication with customers and store managers. Prepare management and incident reports. Propose and implement corrective actions to improve sales performance. · Schedule Rotating shifts: Monday to Thursday: 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday to Sunday: 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Rotating days off. · Immediate Availability Apply now and join our sales team.
