Selection Analyst – Mining Sector We are growing! Grupo GCA is currently looking for a Selection Analyst specialized in the mining industry to join our team at our Miraflores office. If you are passionate about recruitment, end-to-end process management, and seek career progression within a leading consultancy, this is your opportunity! What profile are we seeking? Education: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Mandatory Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience recruiting specific profiles for the mining sector (operational staff, mid-level management, technical personnel, etc.). Availability: On-site work at our Miraflores office in Lima. What will be your main challenges? Execute end-to-end recruitment processes: resume screening, interview coordination, and administration of psychometric/technical assessments. Coordinate scheduling of pre-employment medical examinations (EMO) and follow up with medically fit candidates. Act as a strategic liaison between candidates and the medical department to ensure timely information flow. Ensure documentary compliance for new hires (employment contracts, credentials, SCTR, Life Insurance Law coverage, Occupational Medical Fitness Certificates, employment references). Coordinate with the Logistics Department to request uniforms and required PPEs from the client. Manage the opening and updating of physical and digital personnel files. Support tracking and ensure proper onboarding of candidates into various mining units. What do we offer? Salary: S/ 2,500 per month.
