




**Job Posting: Administrative Assistant** **Location:** Huancayo **Modality:** On-site **Schedule:** * **Monday to Friday:** 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with 1 hour lunch break) * **Saturdays:** 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **Occasional Sunday availability** required to support activations or other institutional activities. **Position Description** We are seeking a committed, organized, and team-oriented **Administrative Assistant** with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will play a key role in administrative management, coordination of internal activities, and logistical support for activations and events that strengthen our brand presence. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and file administrative and accounting documents. * Assist in coordinating meetings, activities, and events. * Monitor attendance, office materials, and supplies. * Provide support in communications with clients, suppliers, and internal staff. * Support weekend activations, fairs, and campaigns as needed. * Perform other administrative duties assigned by management. **Requirements** * Graduate of a technical or university program in Administration, Accounting, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in administrative roles**. * Intermediate proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Strong writing, communication, and personal presentation skills. * Organizational ability, attention to detail, and responsibility. * Availability for on-site work and occasional weekend support. **We Offer** * **Competitive salary**, based on experience and performance. * Positive work environment and opportunities for professional growth. * Ongoing training and participation in institutional activities.
