We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in building management and leadership skills who wants to join our team and contribute to the growth of our company. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop and present the **Annual Maintenance Plan** and other required deliverables, ensuring quality and professionalism. * Accurately and promptly record and manage building expenses in the **Edificia** system. * Supervise compliance with agreements established with the Board, Homeowners' Association, or sole owner. * Ensure execution of the **Annual Maintenance Plan** and contracts with suppliers. * Coordinate and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance, managing issues with suppliers and reporting them to your immediate supervisor. * Review equipment maintenance reports, proposing and implementing solutions. * Manage quotes for non-specialized corrective maintenance, ensuring participation of at least three approved suppliers. * Ensure compliance with the **Collection Protocol**, managing timely collection of regular, extraordinary, and insurance fees. * Design and send clear and timely communications to owners or users. * Actively participate in committees, training sessions, and meetings, contributing innovative ideas and effective solutions. * Supervise assigned personnel, promoting performance and managing disciplinary actions in coordination with Human Resources when necessary. **What We Are Looking For** * **Education:** Technical or university studies in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Hospitality and Tourism, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in building, condominium, or similar management roles. * **Location:** Must reside in the Central-Northern area of Lima. * **Technical Skills:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * **Key Competencies:** Leadership, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. * **Plus:** Prior experience with the **Edificia** system.
