Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Carpentry Assistant to support work involving melamine, MDF, and metal structure repairs in the mass consumption industry. Key Highlights: 1. A Peruvian company dedicated to providing outsourcing solutions for services and processes, procurement, consulting, advisory services, and implementation of improvement projects for the mass consumption industry, with over 10 years of nationwide presence; thus, we are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of CARPENTRY ASSISTANT / COMAS.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed secondary education. * Basic knowledge of carpentry. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Availability for required shifts and residence in Northern Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support in working with melamine and polyurethane-painted MDF. * Support in assembling furniture made from melamine and MDF. * Support in fine finishing of furniture. * Support in repairing metal structures (racks). * Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor. **COMPETENCIES:** * Responsible and organized. * Positive attitude. * Punctual. * Proactive. **BENEFITS:** * Formal payroll from day one under MYPE (Family Allowance, Mid-year and Year-end Bonuses, EsSalud Insurance, SCTR).
