We are looking for a committed, responsible, and eager-to-learn **Carpentry Assistant** to support furniture manufacturing and installation, contributing to the successful completion of projects and adherence to the company's quality standards. Requirements: * Prior experience as a carpentry assistant, in production, or in manual labor is desirable. * Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. * Availability to work at the plant and/or on-site (construction site). * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. * Responsibility, organization, and punctuality. * Interest in learning furniture manufacturing processes is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in cutting, preparing, and assembling carpentry components. * Support production processes such as sanding, edge banding, veneering, and laminating. * Transport materials, tools, and components within the work area. * Assist in on-site furniture installation. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Properly use hand and power tools under supervision. * Assist in packaging and protecting finished products. * Comply with the company's established safety regulations.
