




We are Damero Café, and we are currently seeking a dedicated professional with strong career potential to fill the position of **Chef at Damero Café Restaurant**. **What do we expect from you?** * Minimum 3 years of experience in recognized restaurants. * Knowledge and application of proper food handling practices. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with one rotating day off. * Willingness to work in Lima’s Historic Center, near the Government Palace. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Properly prepare and present a variety of cold and hot dishes. * Inspect and ensure proper functioning of kitchen equipment. * Manage inventory storage and production of ingredients. * Organize ingredients and utensils for dish preparation (mise en place). * Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of your workstation. **What do we offer?** * Lunch provided by the restaurant. * Training on our brands and products. * Opportunities for career growth within our gastronomic group. * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits (medium-sized enterprise).
