What requirements do you need to meet? * Completed secondary education * Be of legal age (18 years old) * Valid identification documents * Intermediate B2\+/ Advanced C1 level English proficiency. (English screening will be conducted via phone) * Availability to work at our Site MIRAFLORES. * Availability for training from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 weekly hours). * Availability from Monday to Sunday with a schedule of 48 or 40 weekly hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. (2 days Off). **Your main challenges as a \#Teleperformer will be:** * Provide customer service and offer music streaming platform services in English via calls, maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. * Demonstrate strong comprehension and usage of the English language through customer support. * Demonstrate knowledge and proper use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures. * Actively seek solutions or suggestions to address business issues.
