Our team in Peru is growing, and we are currently seeking a **Electrical Engineer, Junior** to join our Minerals & Metals business line at our offices in San Isidro. **About the role:** * Develop engineering studies (feasibility, pre-feasibility) and detailed engineering for the implementation of electrical systems and industrial distribution. * Design power distribution systems in industrial plants and associated infrastructure. * Develop calculation reports for maximum demand, conductors, grounding, lightning protection, and lighting. **About you** * Graduates with a degree in Electrical Engineering. * 1 to 3 years of experience in: + **Power and Electrical Distribution Systems Specialist, Electrical Substations and Overhead Lines Specialist, Development of Technical Specifications, Data Sheets, Scope of Work (SOW), and bid evaluation for mining projects.** + **Knowledge and interpretation of P&ID diagrams, flow diagrams, selection of instrumentation equipment, DCS, PLC control systems, IT (M) radio communication systems.** + **Proficiency in AutoCAD.** + **Etap Modeling** * Intermediate to advanced level of English. * Advanced Office skills. * Knowledge of AutoCAD, Etap, Digsilent. * Interest in professional development within mining projects. * Previous experience in electrical mining-industrial project development is desirable. **Why Ausenco?** We support individual growth and aim to enable you to work in a way that leverages your strengths and meets your needs.
