Job Summary: A leading mobile phone company is seeking a Field Supervisor for Claro in Surquillo and La Victoria, responsible for managing and supervising staff, and ensuring the proper functioning of internal processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise field staff 2. Ensure smooth operation of internal processes 3. Report on changes in methodology and procedures A leading mobile phone company is currently seeking a FIELD SUPERVISOR FOR CLARO / SURQUILLO AND LA VICTORIA RESPONSIBILITIES: * Generate and submit daily work reports for supervised staff. * Monitor staff assigned to various locations across Lima. * Report to Management regarding assigned personnel. * Periodically review job manuals, processes, and other internal documents to ensure proper departmental operation. * Inform department staff about changes in work methodology and procedures, updates to legal regulations, and changes in service conditions established with insurance companies. * Supervise staff serving clients in Lima. REQUIREMENTS: * Technical or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Intermediate Excel skills.
