Monitors employee appearance and corrects any deficiencies immediately. Ensures necessary resources and tools are available, completes opening and closing duties including cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors. Checks organization and cleanliness of storage areas. Conducts inventory checks and requests needed items. Monitors the restaurant for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being. Prepares work orders for service checks and repairs. Supports management with employee hiring, training, scheduling, evaluations, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching, ensuring fair treatment. Acts as a role model and first point of communication for the Open Door Policy. Complies with all company safety and security policies and procedures, reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work environments to management, and completes required safety training and certifications. Maintains uniform and personal appearance in a neat and professional manner, keeps confidential information private, and protects company assets. Welcomes and recognizes all guests according to company standards, anticipates and addresses guest service needs, assists persons with disabilities, and genuinely expresses gratitude to guests. Communicates with others using clear and professional language.
