Currently, we are looking for new talents for our **SAN ISIDRO LOCATION** for the position of PARRILLERO, who can perform the following duties: \- Receiving supplies. \- Rotating products and labeling processed items. \- Washing and sanitizing all supplies according to company-established procedures. \- Process your mise en place. \- Prepare side dishes and their various presentations. \- Produce ingredients for oven and grill. \- Operate and manage the oven and grill. \- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area, as well as comply with prevention protocols and GMP. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience as Hornero or Parrillero. * Availability to work in the district of San ISIDRO. * Full-time schedule (rotating). * Experience working in restaurants or related fields. * Knowledge of charcoal grill operation and relevant job experience. * Rotating shifts (48 hours per week).
