We are currently looking for talented professionals to fill the position of **HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES** **Requirements** \-Bachelor's degree, licensed or registered professional in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Relations, or Law. \-Minimum 5 years of comprehensive experience in Human Resources management. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Supervise the selection process of professional drivers (A3c), ensuring background checks, MTC driving records, and psychometric tests. 2\. Ensure timely staffing coverage for counters, ticketing agents, and operations staff across agencies in Lima, Cañete, Chincha, Pisco, and Ica. 3\. Control and validate the preparation of the monthly payroll, calculation of social benefits (CTS, bonuses, vacations), and tax obligations (PLAME). 4\. Monitor compliance with attendance records for drivers and mandatory legal rest periods required by SUTRAN. 5\. Supervise administration of mandatory sectoral insurance (SCTR Health/Pensions and Life Insurance Law). 6\. Lead family support programs and subsidy processing procedures with EsSalud, coordinating with the medical department to validate extended leave periods. 7\. Lead and implement the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in accordance with Law No. 29783. 8\. Monitor and audit updates to the IPERC matrix at terminals, workshops, and transport units en route. 9\. Chair or advise the company’s Occupational Safety and Health Committee. 10\. Coordinate with the external Occupational Physician to design and execute the Annual Occupational Health Plan and Program. 11\. Validate, together with the physician, drivers’ psycho-physical profiles and results of annual Occupational Medical Examinations (EMO) to determine fitness for duty. 12\. Manage occupational disease cases, work-related accidents, and ergonomics and fatigue protocols for pilots traveling to Southern Peru (Sur Chico), in coordination with the legal advisor. 13\. Coordinate with the external Labor Lawyer on legal strategy regarding claims filed by former employees and Sunafil proceedings. 14\. Consult and structure employment contracts for senior executives, confidentiality clauses, and sector-specific addenda for the transportation industry, in collaboration with the legal advisor. 15\. Validate the legal basis for dismissals due to serious road violations (e.g., speeding, negligence, or breaches of the Traffic Regulations Code – RIT) to mitigate risks of arbitrary dismissal contingencies. 16\. Represent the company before inspections conducted by SUNAFIL, SUTRAN, or the Ministry of Labor on socio-labor and safety matters, utilizing supporting reports from the external lawyer and physician.
