Sunshine Hotel is looking for a candidate who has graduated from a technical or university program in Hospitality and Tourism or related fields, with at least one year of experience performing duties as a receptionist, cashier, or customer service within the hotel industry. **RECEPTIONIST:** Responsibilities: Carry out CHECK\-IN and CHECK\-OUT registration, prepare customer bills including additional charges for issuing invoices / payment receipts, either for individuals or groups. Manage room reservations and cancellations made via phone, OTAs, or email. Keep updated reports on occupied, vacant, and out\-of\-order rooms, ensuring accuracy and reliability. Safeguard the establishment's public image. Hotel receptionists represent the hotel’s public face and ensure guests feel well attended. Provide tourist information about local attractions and points of interest. Handle guest suggestions and complaints at the hotel.
