Currently, we are looking for a **Customer Claims and Service Quality Assistant**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Logistics, Communications, or related fields. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in handling and resolving customer complaints (ESSENTIAL) * Ability to manage customer complaints and expectations. * 1 year of experience in customer service, complaint management, or quality audit roles. * Proficiency with complaint management tools. * Availability: Monday to Friday 8:00am \- 6:00pm or 9:00am \- 7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am \- 12:00pm **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Record, classify, and analyze customer complaints received. * Coordinate with responsible departments to validate delivery process compliance in complaint cases. * Contact end customers to gather information and support dispute resolution. * Document complaints. * Generate incident records for valid complaints. * Issue well-founded responses and communicate them to customers. * Ensure compliance with response timeframes for complaints according to customer agreements. * Prepare weekly reports on handled complaints and their resolution times. **BENEFITS:** * Fixed salary with full payroll benefits. * Enrollment in payroll from day one, with all legally mandated benefits. * 66% employer-covered EPS health insurance. * Profit sharing (Gratifications). * Career advancement opportunities and more. **WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
