**Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and positive **Kitchen Helper** to assist with food preparation in our taqueria. The candidate will work alongside the grill cook and the rest of the team, ensuring the kitchen operates in an organized, clean, and efficient manner. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in ingredient preparation and mise en place (cutting, chopping, cleaning, portioning). * Support the grill cook in cooking and assembling dishes. * Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization during and after shifts. * Wash utensils, equipment, and surfaces according to hygiene protocols. * Monitor basic supplies and report needs or shortages. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 months of experience as a kitchen helper, line assistant, or similar role (preferably in taquerias or restaurants). * Ability to work well in a team and under pressure. * Must obtain health certificate and GMP certification. * Punctuality, cleanliness, and positive attitude. * Availability to work from 3:15 PM to 12:15 AM, Monday through Sunday, with one scheduled day off. **We Offer:** * Base salary + tips or performance bonuses. * Meals provided during shift. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for growth and career advancement. * Discounts on our products.
