Job Offer: Maintenance Assistant The Asociación Deportiva Lima Marina Club, a recognized institution in the gastronomic and recreational field of Lima, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance, with emphasis on carpentry, painting, and plumbing. * Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure. * Good physical condition and stamina. * Responsibility and initiative. Responsibilities: * Perform general maintenance tasks in the club's facilities, including sports, recreational, and administrative areas. * Carry out minor repairs in carpentry, painting, and plumbing. * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and machinery. * Maintain a clean and orderly environment within the facilities. * Report any maintenance issues immediately to the supervisor. * Participate in facility maintenance and renovation projects. * Collaborate with the maintenance team in carrying out tasks and special projects.
