Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintains standards, and meets or exceeds financial goals. Demonstrates knowledge and mastery of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations. Develops and implements food and beverage business plans. **Candidate Profile** **Education and Experience Required** * High school diploma or equivalent (GED); 4 years of experience in food and beverage, kitchen, or related professional area. Or * Two-year degree from an accredited university in Food and Beverage Management, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in food and beverage, kitchen, or related professional area. **Core Work Activities** **Develop and Maintain Budget** * Develop and manage all financial, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction plans and initiatives for the food and beverage department. * Maintain positive cost management indicators for kitchen and restaurant operations. * Utilize budgets to understand financial objectives. **Lead Food and Beverage Team** * Manage the food and beverage department (excluding catering sales). * Supervise and administer staff. Manage all daily operations.
