We are looking for a Superstar like you, customer-focused and ready to have the best day, every day ... **Role Purpose** Provide support to the Undel area. **Responsibilities:** * Daily follow-up and analysis of undelivered shipments and products process * Support in managing calls during shipment and undelivery processes. * Support warehouse team with administrative coordination management for deliveries. * Create air waybills for return (export) and tracking. * Perform any required tracking reporting within the area. * Support cargo handling operations in the warehouse. **Requirements**: * Graduate with a university or technical degree in International Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of Foreign Trade (desirable). * Intermediate English. * Intermediate Excel. **Posting Legal Entity** DHL Express Peru S.A.C.
