We are currently looking for **Pruners** to join our team. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months certified (work record, certificate or simple copy of contracts). * **Documentation:** Current criminal and police background checks. * **Availability:** To work Monday through Saturday on the **morning shift**, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. **Main Responsibilities:** * Climb and prune palms and trees of various heights using manual and motorized tools. * Perform trimming in green areas, shrubs, and ground-level ornamental plants. * Remove branches and plant waste generated during pruning. * Inspect and maintain assigned work tools in good condition. * Follow safety measures to ensure safe work at heights. * Assist in other park and garden maintenance activities as directed by the supervisor. **Benefits:** * **Base salary:** S/. 2,200.00 monthly. * **Attendance bonus:** S/. 300.00 monthly. * Uniform and safety equipment provided by the company.
