We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Specialist to join our team. Requirements: * Graduate with a technical or university degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or personnel selection. * Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. * Availability to work on-site in Lima Cercado. Responsibilities: * Post and promote job opportunities through various media and channels. * Perform resume screening and candidate pre-selection. * Coordinate / conduct virtual or in-person interviews and competency assessments. * Maintain an updated candidate database with follow-up tracking. * Assist in organizing employment events and job fairs.
