We are currently looking for a **Refrigeration Technician** to join our **Operations** team with a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and strong teamwork skills. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technician performing similar duties in the refrigeration industry. * Completed technical studies or currently completing the final cycle of a Refrigeration program or related field. * Knowledge and hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment and appliances, including industrial refrigeration, refrigerators, freezers, visicoolers, among others (NOT AIR CONDITIONING). * Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Willingness to occasionally travel to the Lurín branch to pick up tools, attend meetings, or internal coordination sessions. * Availability to conduct technical service visits across Metropolitan Lima. Must travel directly from home to scheduled service locations. **Job Responsibilities:** * Coordinate technical visits according to assigned service orders, verifying customer details, address, and equipment specifications to be inspected (model and serial number). * Perform accurate diagnostics on equipment, confirming reported issues and ensuring a thorough technical evaluation, especially for warranty-covered cases. * Inspect electrical and operational parameters such as voltage, amperage, temperature, and component conditions to identify root causes of failures and required repairs. * Clearly explain the diagnosis, technical procedures applied, and implemented solutions to the customer, providing a technical report when necessary. * Provide guidance on proper equipment usage, advising customers on best handling practices and prevention of future malfunctions. * Offer additional technical support, including maintenance recommendations and care instructions to ensure long-term equipment performance. * Promptly inform immediate supervisor of any issues or situations that may affect service quality. * Properly use and maintain assigned tools, work equipment, and safety gear in good condition. * Perform other job-related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
