At Criollas Sandwich Shops, a restaurant and sandwich shop soon to open in Miraflores. We are seeking kitchen staff for the SANDWICH MAKER position. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience. - Residence in areas near Miraflores or with easy access to Miraflores. - Dynamic, proactive individual with the ability to quickly learn the company’s recipes and processes. Responsibilities: * Prepare ingredients: mise en place, meat slicing, service area setup, dispatch, and delivery. * Assemble sandwiches according to the brand’s presentation and flavor standards. * Maintain proper inventory and sliced meats ready for sale (e.g., sliced turkey, country ham, smoked loin, among other meats). * Monitor inventory levels, apply labeling, check expiration dates, and maintain daily records. * Maintain cleanliness of the work area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices). * Prepare recipes including turkey, pork rinds, etc. * Prepare operational ingredients. * Slice pork rinds for sandwich preparation. * Ensure product presentation and quality prior to customer delivery.
